For Canadian orders, orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will include a tracking number.

US orders will be shipped either via Canada Post OR Purolator and will also include a tracking number.

Orders will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days.

RETURNS:

As each of our items are made just for you, we do not accept returns.  While we do our best to ensure that items are packaged securely, unfortunately things do sometimes happen in transit.  If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within forty eight (48) hours of receiving the product and we will be happy to assist you.

EXCHANGES:
